PROJECT MANAGEMENT


Project management is the science of managing the project and its deliverables with a view to produce finished products or service. ​Project management is vital for a business because it will ensure that the company has the proper tools and techniques to plan, execute and control all its projects. Also having a deep comprehension and mastery of effective project management techniques and tools will help organisations fulfil large-scale projects on time, on budget and with minimal disruption to the rest of the business. We follow the PMP Methodology.

Course Methodology

This course is an instructor led classroom based environment, conducted by an project management certified expert. The classes will be conducted over 2 days. The course consists of a blend of lectures, application, projects and exercises. All other materials will be provided to the attendees in the classroom environment. At the conclusion of the course a certification can be obtained.
